the Riveter National Advisory Board

A proud Rosie at the Dedication
Ceremony |
The
Rosie the Riveter National Advisory Board will consist
of approximately 30 individuals who are committed
to the success of the Rosie the Riveter WWII Home
Front National Historic Park but are not committed
to the same level of participation as Rosie the
Riveter Trust Board of Directors.
The
National Advisory Board will include persons from
academia, from organizations related to labor, ethnic
minorities, the women's movement, historians, researchers,
writers, preservationists, etc., who have a special
interest in the themes of the National Park and
are willing to contribute in a limited way.
Legislation
creating the Rosie the Riveter Home Front World
War II National Historical Park in Richmond was
signed by President Clinton on October 24, 2000.
