Warren Harber is the Vice President of Finance for National Financial Systems for Kaiser Permanente Health Plan and Hospitals. He has been with KPH/HP since 2010. In this capacity, Warren is responsible for the oversight and governance of Kaiser Permanente’s Oracle/PeopleSoft ERP system (OneLink) with over 200,000 users as well as related ancillary financial systems. He leads KP’s Finance System investment and support strategy and helps guide Kaiser Permanente toward increased productivity while ultimately supporting Kaiser Permanente’s mission of quality and affordable healthcare to over 10 million members.

His focus throughout his career has been on the value of productivity, efficiency and compliance. Drawing on his diverse experience in financial risk, technical accounting, operational process, and organizational effectiveness, he continues to build upon KP’s strong systems orientation by coordinating and effectively aligning KP’s financial systems.

From 2010 through 2014, Warren was responsible for Kaiser Permanente’s Sarbanes-Oxley Program and for compliance with NAIC’s Model Audit Rule both of which mandate management’s oversight and assessment of financial reporting controls.

Prior to joining KP, Warren led Cisco Systems’ Global SOX Program Management Office in compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. He also developed and led the revenue recognition strategy via Quote-to-Cash Operations and continuous improvement areas focused on effective financial risk strategies and systems planning across Cisco’s revenue process.

From 2001 to 2007, Warren was the Director of Finance and Sales Controller for Phillips Medical Systems, NA a $3.4 billion division of Philips Electronics NV supporting a $400m budget for product sales and oversaw the North American shared services operations for order-to-cash processes.

Prior to Phillips, Warren has held a broad range of leadership positions in financial risk, M&A, and financial operations in domestic and global organizations in semiconductor, advertising, and international transportation industries.

Warren holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a master of business administration degree from the University of Southern California.
